On January 7, 2021, J & J Snack Foods Corp. (the “Company”) accepted the retirement of Robert M. Radano as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective March 31, 2021. The Company issued a press release on January 12 regarding Mr. Radano’s retirement attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. As a result of Mr. Radano’s upcoming retirement as a named executive, his compensation will be reduced beginning January 2021. Following his retirement on March 31, 2021, Mr. Radano will remain with the Company until the end of the Company’s fiscal year. Mr. Radano will receive compensation of $200,000 for the year.

J & J Snack Foods Corp. announces that SVP COO Robert M. Radano will Retire
Pennsauken, N.J., January 12, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) –
J & J Snack Foods Corp. (NASDAQ-JJSF) today announced that Robert M. Radano, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer will be retiring effective March 31, 2021 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Radano will remain with the Company for the remainder of the 2021 fiscal year. The Company has begun a search for a new Chief Operating Officer.
